I received a quote today on a b2710 with the 54" loader for
$16,900.00 without tax and the backhoe with a 16" bucket and
its own hydraulic pump for $6550.00 the optional sub frame would be $625.00 more. I was told by the dealer that these prices already reflect a 12% discount off of the suggested
retail. I am new at this so I am looking for some opinions as to whether or not this is true. I am in Massachusetts if that make any difference.
Thanks In advance

KBA, the price seems high for the tractor and loader, but may not be high for your area. I have a '99 B2710 and LA401 loader that cost $15,500 new (no backhoe). And after adding canopy, hydraulic Top 'N Tilt, auxiliary lights front and rear, tiltmeters, rear view mirror, 60" finish mower, 5' box blade, 5' rotary cutter, chain hooks on the bucket, 4' forks, 40" tiller, middle buster, cultivator, and a number of other accessories, including a 16' trailer, I'm asking $16,750 for entire package with 353 hours on it. ....

Duckhollow,
Go talk to main and Pickney over in Auburn they will give you a much better price then Case. The only difference is blue instead of red. Actuaaly after New Holland bought out Case they added their compact line to the case products. I searched for 4 months last year and found Greg over at Main and Pickney gave me a much better price. I bought a TC29d with the loader and bushhog for 17,600. ....

Duckhollow, that sounds about right. I had to go to town this morning and stopped by to visit my Kubota dealer. He said he'd want $15,750 right now for a new B2710, like mine, with R1 tires, front end loader, AND canopy. He charged me $295 for the canopy when I bought it. I didn't think to ask about a price difference for R4 tires. ....

My next questions is what is the list price and how can you find them. Also I am not sure about the remarks if that was a good price or should I keep looking. Also if I keep looking what do you think I should expect to pay. ....

FYI.

Kubota's financing rates might change on April 1st. Nobody knows what they will be (they might stay the same), but from what I've been told they usually go up in the Spring. I'm planning on taking adavantage of the 3-year, 3.99 rate this week. ....
